Refund and Replacement Policy

The short version

If your bottle arrives broken, leaking or with a damaged seal, we replace it free of charge. Because this is a sealed ritual item, we cannot accept the return of a bottle whose seal has been opened.

Damaged or broken on arrival

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph of the damaged bottle and the packaging. We will send a replacement at our cost, with no further questions. Please keep the packaging until the matter is settled.

We recommend recording a short unboxing video. It is not compulsory, but it settles any question immediately.

Wrong or missing item

If you receive the wrong item, or something is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send the correct item at our cost.

Why opened bottles cannot be returned

Each bottle is filled, capped and wax-sealed at the ghat, and the seal is what proves the contents have not been touched since. Once that seal is broken we cannot verify or resell the bottle, so an opened bottle is not eligible for return or refund. This is standard for sealed ritual and consumable goods.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched and receive a full refund. Since we dispatch within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the parcel has left us it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Where a replacement is not possible, we will refund you instead. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. The time it then takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping charges paid on an Express Delivery order are refunded only where the fault was ours.
