Where we ship

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery options and charges

Delivery times are counted from the day of dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. Remote pin codes may take longer.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send the tracking details to your registered email address and WhatsApp number.

Filling photo

Every order is sent with a photograph of your bottle being filled, carrying the date and the batch number. The same batch number is printed on the bottle label so you can match the two.

Packaging

Bottles are sealed and sent in a cushioned box. If a bottle reaches you broken, see our Refund Policy - we replace it.

Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control. We will help you follow up with the courier in every such case.

Incorrect address

Please check your address and phone number before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-delivery charges may apply.
