1. About us

This website is operated by BandhanBox ("we", "us", "our"), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. About the product

Gangajal sold on this website is intended for puja, abhishek and religious ceremonies only. It is not drinking water and must not be consumed. We make no health, medicinal or therapeutic claim of any kind.

We are an independent seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any temple, trust or religious institution.

Because this is a natural product collected from a river, slight variation in clarity or colour between batches is normal and is not a defect.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order that has already been paid for.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, where a price or description has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Please read them before ordering.

6. Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address, email address and phone number you give us. We are not liable for a failed delivery caused by incorrect details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website - text, photographs, video, logos and design - belongs to BandhanBox and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
